In June 1935 the Ford Motor Company produced under Lincoln the first Lincoln Zephyr cars. With the apprenticed support of Edsel Ford, the Lincoln Zephyr would be greatly credited for helping Lincoln through the great depression.
Designed by John Tjaarda, the Zephyr was as unconventional as they came. Powered by a 11BHP V12 engine, the performance in 1936 was only modest as the car had a few troubles due to pricing pressure.
The example we have for sale is presented in admirably restored condition and is finished in Garnet with a grey interior. It comes complete with radio, heater, fender skirts and whitewall tyres.
this Lincoln four-door sedan represents a rare and excellent opportunity to own one of the last V12 engines in a production car at a very reasonable price. Comes with all relevant paperwork and 1 years MOT. |
